Description
SLC designed these hats to appeal to anime fans, a hat with pigtails that wrap around to serve as a built-in scarf. We used to sell these, but we're so busy now that it's faster to provide kits to let you do it yourself!
Kits include all pieces for the hat in pre-washed fleece, plus stiffened felt pieces to customise the odango and details, and a full instruction brochure. All you provide is the sewing and glueing. Take pride knowing you made it yourself!
